Ingredients needed for rice salad recipe:

Basmati rice- 2 cups
Cauliflower- 1/2 cup
Peas- 2 cups
Apple- 2
Salt- as required
Black pepper- as required
Lemon juice- 2 teaspoons
Lettuce leaf- 4 piece
Cabbage- 1/4th cup
Coriander leaves- 1 handful

Now, how to make rice salad:

First, boil the rice in a large vessel.
Now, take a deep bottomed pan and add peas to it.
Then, boil it.
Once both rice and peas are cooked, keep them aside.
In the meantime, chop apples and cut cauliflowers into medium florets.
Take a large bowl and add rice to it.
After that add green peas, cauliflower, apples to it.
Now, add black pepper and salt to the rice.
Then, mix all the ingredients nicely.
Add some lemon juice to the rice and toss.
After that prepare a bowl covered with lettuce.
Add the prepared rice in the bowl.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and cauliflower.
