Ingredients needed for palak ke kebab recipe:

Spinach- 4 cups
Gram flour (besan)- 4 tablespoons
Bread crumbs- 1/2 cup
Potato (boiled, mashed)- 400 grams
Peas- 1/2 cup
Ginger paste- 2 teaspoons
Green chillies- 4
Garam masala powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder- 1/3rd teaspoon
Garlic paste- 1/2 teaspoon
Refined oil- 1/2 cup
Salt- as required
Coriander leaves- 1/4th cup

Now, how to make palak ke kebab:

First, take a non-stick pan and add gram flour to it.
Cook it over medium flame.
In the meantime, blanch the spinach leaves.
Now, take another pan and add 2 teaspoons of oil to it.
Then, add ginger and garlic paste to it.
Saute it for a while.
After that add mango powder, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, peas and salt.
Mix all the ingredients properly and cook.
Once the mixture is cooked add it to the blender jar with the blanched spinach and form a smooth paste.
Take a large bowl and add mashed potatoes in it.
Now, add gram flour to the mashed potatoes with the masala mixture that you prepared earlier.
Then, add bread crumbs and mix all the ingredients properly.
After preparing the mixture start making round patties.
And in a pan start heating some oil over high flame.
Fry the patties one by one.
Fry them till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
After frying place, them on a separate plate and your kebabs are ready.
