Ingredients needed for Chilli paneer recipe:
• Paneer- 200 grams (chopped)
• Ginger- 1/2 small (chopped)
• Soy sauce- 1 tablespoons
• Garlic- 1 glove (chopped)
• Tomato ketchup- 2 tablespoons
• Green chilli sauce- 1 tablespoon
• Capsicum- 1 large (chopped)
• Vinegar- 1 tablespoon
• Green chilli- 3 medium
• Onion- 1 large (chopped)
• Refined oil- 1/2 cup
• Coriander leaves- 1 tablespoon
Now, how to make chilli paneer:
• First, wash the paneer cubes in the running water.
• After that cut green chillies into long strips.
• Now, place a skillet pan on low with oil in it.
• Then, add the cubed paneer pieces and fry until they get golden brown in color.
• Take another pan and add two tablespoons of oil to it.
• After that add chopped garlic, green chillies and ginger to it.
• Saute them for a while.
• Now, add chopped onion with salt, tomato ketchup and chopped capsicum.
• Saute them for a while.
• Then, add green chilli sauce, soy sauce and vinegar to it.
• Cook all the ingredients and veggies for 2 to 3 minutes.
• Now, add the fried paneer to it and toss them once.
• Then, garnish it with coriander leaves.
• Your chilli paneer is ready.
