PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 25 MINUTES
SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS:
• 250 grams of Besan (Gram Flour)
• 2 tablespoons of Flour
• 2-3 chopped Green Chilies
• 1 chopped Onion
• Chopped Ginger (optional)
• 1 tablespoon of Turmeric Powder
• 1 tablespoon of Dhania Powder
• 1 tablespoon of vegetable Oil
• 1 teaspoon of Jeera
• Fresh Coriander Leaves
• Salt as per taste
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Take a large bowl and put all the above-mentioned ingredients in it and mix well.
2. Now, add some water to the mixture to knead it into a dough.
3. Set aside for 10 minutes.

4. Then, take the dough and divide it into 8 parts and roll them into balls.
5. Next, spread some flour on a flat surface and roll flat each dough ball into a circular disc shape.
6. Now, put the tawa on medium heat and start to cook each parantha on it.
7. Apply oil or ghee on each side of the parantha and cook well on high heat tawa.
8. Serve hot with curd, pickle or chutney.
