Ingredients needed for Milk Barfi:

• Water- 1 cup
• Milk powder- 8 cup
• Condensed milk- 400 grams
• Ghee- 2 tablespoons
• Green Cardamom (powdered) – 1 teaspoon
• Pistachios- 1 handful
• Silver vark- according to requirement

Now, how to make Milk Barfi:

• First, take a big bowl and mix condensed milk with milk powder.
• Form a firm dough and freeze it for 20 minutes.
• After that, grate the dough and keep it aside.
• Now, take a deep pan and heat the ghee on low flame.
• Then, add the grated dough in the pan with water.
• Mix it thoroughly.
• Add cardamom powder to the pan and stir.
• Cook the mixture till the water is evaporated.
• Once the mixture is accumulated in the centre, turn off the flame.
• Now, pour this mixture into a flat tray and sprinkle the pistachios.
• Then, let the mixture cool.
• After that, cut them in the desired shape and garnish it with sliver vark.
• Your Milk Barfi is ready to be served.
