• Chicken- 1 1/4th kg
• Olive oil- 6 tablespoons
• Rosemary- 1 bunch
• Sage- 4 tablespoons
• Lime- 2
• Garlic- 1
• Salt- 1 teaspoon
• Black pepper powder- 2 dashes

Now, how to prepare a roast chicken with stuffing:
• First, take a chicken and pat its outer layer to make it dry.
• Remove the backbone of the chicken so that it can lay down flat on the roasting pan.
• Now, cut the ribs of the chicken with kitchen knives.
• Then, flatten the chicken by pressing it against the board.
• Apply oil on one side of the chicken for crisp roasting.
• Repeat the same on the other side.
• After applying the oil add pepper and salt to it.
• In the meantime pre-heat the oven to 220-degree Celsius.
• Now, take a roasting pan and add sage leaves, limes, garlic, and rosemary to it.
• Then, place the chicken on top of it.
• After that place the roasting pan in the preheated oven.
• Cook to it for 30 minutes.
• Once it is roasted, take it out from the oven.
• Again brush some oil on the roasted chicken.
• Now, keep the chicken again in the oven for 20 minutes.
• Then, remove the chicken from the oven and set it aside for 10 minutes.
• After that pour the pan juice on the roasted chicken and serve.
