When she is performing a workout routine she would do it with complete dedication and in the right form. For Deepika, it is about feeling healthy and not about looking skinny. Deepika doesn’t like going to the gym every day but she does practice yoga on a daily basis. Every day, some of her morning time is dedicated to yoga, where she performs various yoga postures which help her stay healthy from the inside out. Keeping the need of her role in mind, her workout consisted of a lot of exercises using balls and kettles, which included kettlebell press and kettlebell swing. Deepika likes to start her day with breakfast which comprises of 2 egg whites along with a glass of low-fat milk. For lunch, she likes to eat a grilled fish with a side of fresh vegetables. Her dinner comprises of the typical Indian meal which is dal, roti and sabzi. She also drinks a lot of water as well as coconut water to keep herself hydrated. For snacks, she likes to have fruits every two hours. Also, she is not allowed to have any junk food at all.
Now these might be the things that she eats on a regular basis but since she belongs to south India she also likes to have a regular taste of her favourite masala dosa and idli. Another street food that she cannot resist is the sev puri.
