Navratri is about to arrive and it is incomplete without Kuttu Ke Pakore recipe. This recipe is made with potatoes and buckwheat flour which has an amazing and delightful taste. Kuttu Ke pakore is the best recipe for the vrat that one can prepare at home easily.

Ingredients needed for Kuttu Ke Pakore:

• Potato- 4
• Water- 1/2 cup
• Mango- 1 slice
• Mint leaves- 1 handful
• Cumin seeds- 1 1/2 teaspoons
• Lemon juice- 1/2 tablespoon
• Ginger- 1/2 teaspoon
• Green chilies- 2
• Sendha namak- as per requirement
• Kuttu flour- 250 grams

Now, how to prepare Kuttu Ke Pakore:

• First, you need to prepare green chutney.
• For green chutney, take a grinder and add mango slice, cumin seeds and sendha namak.
• Blend all the ingredients well.
• After that add lemon juice to the chutney to add more tanginess.
• Now, boil potatoes and once they are done peel it.
• Then, mash it properly.
• Take a bowl and then add kuttu flour.
• Now, add potatoes, and other ingredients in the bowl with some water.
• Then, form dough like consistency of the mixture.
• Take some oil in the kadai and let it heat.
• Once it is hot enough add the kuttu patties in it.
• Fry the patties till they are crisp and brown.
• And then transfer it to another plate.
• Serve it with the green chutney.
• And your Kuttu Ke Pakore is ready to be served.
