The Washington model first gained popularity when she appeared on Vogue Italia cover with Robyn Lawley and Candice Huffine in 2011. She is also known by another name “The Body”. Twice in her career, she has appeared on the cover page ELLE France & ELLE Spain and once on H&M cover page.

The Brazilian beauty once worked as a nanny for 11 years and now has become a prominent name in the plus-size modelling industry. Certainly, she had struggled a lot in her career. She has over 2,80,000 followers on Instagram. She fronted the Vogue Italia in 2011 with an editorial of four-page and got a nickname “the plus-size Gisele Bündchen.”
4. Candice Huffine
The American model is ruling the plus-size from almost one decade. She has immensely changed the standards of the modelling and fashion industry while she also encourages and inspires people to stay fit and healthy. Candice was the first plus-size model, who fronted the Elle magazine and now she is strategizing to introduce her lingerie label.
5. Denise Bidot
The changing moment for Middle Eastern and Puerto Rican curvy model came when she walked for both, Serena Williams and Chromat in the New York Fashion Week Spring 2015. At that time, there was no room for Latina or Middle eastern girls but her enormous efforts changed the norms of the industry and created the lane for the girls who are curvaceous.

She was the first curvy model to appear as a ‘Rookie’ for Sports Illustrated’s annual Swimsuit issue.

Once this British beauty was dropped by the modelling agency for being oversize. Later, she started the curved project London, where she conducts workshops for plus size model and help them to make it in the fashion industry. She has been working in the industry for last 10 years and had maintained the healthy weight with intense weight training. she is a gym enthusiast and usually hits the gym when she is not working.

She is one of the hottest plus size models in the industry but still, some brands do not sign her because they think that she is not curvy enough; though she had worked with Levis and Evans and also fronted the Vogue Italy. She also walked for Jean Paul Gaultier in Paris. This American curvy model started modelling at the age 15 but was unable to succeed as her body was termed imperfect for modelling. Earlier, she had worked with Ford Model agency and IMG Models Milan.

Toccara Jones is a famous American television star, actress, singer and fashion model. Her parents discouraged her from being a model because they think her body was not up to the modelling standard. Though, she came 7th in UPN’s America’s Next Top Model. But later, she fronted the cover girl of America’s Next Top Model.

Once this Swedish model was rejected by agents because of her big body; at that time her size was larger than 6, but now she has size 16. She is currently associated with various international brands. In 2017, Lindex commercial titled Spring’s Finest featured her. She is a body positive model who struggled with her weight in the industry.
