Also, men should consume 9 spoons or 38.5 grams of sugar, while women should eat maximum 6 spoons or 27 grams of sugar per day. If you do not restrict sugar consumption, you can suffer from various skin problems like under eye wrinkles, acne, scars, spots, thinning of skin, and, baggy eyes.

6. Cheese


Cheese is very healthy for you. But dairy products like butter, milk, cheese, and milk chocolate tends to increase the secretion of oil and lead to blocking of pores, which could cause blackhead as well as breakout. If you have acne, avoid pizza and loaded cheese.
