1. Clothes- Once you are done with the exercising get rid of the sweaty clothes as soon as possible. Your gym clothes are laden with bacteria and sweat which may lead to body odour, infections, etc. Make it a point to wear clean clothes each time you are done with the exercising.

2. Take a Shower- Post your exercise session you will be drenched in sweat. If you don’t want to smell like sweat, all day long then you must take a shower as soon as possible after the workout session. Use can use an antibacterial soap or a body wash to wash off all the sweat and germs.

3. Face Wash- Just as the body your face too sweat while working out. If you leave this sweat and germs onto your face for a long time as it may lead to acne and breakouts along with other skin related issues. Thus, always carry a small face wash in your gym bag so that you can wash your face clean immediately after the workout session.

4. Hair Wash- To keep your hair off your face you can either tie your hair in a braid, bun or a ponytail. Though it is not mandatory to wash your hair after every workout session as it will lead to over-drying of the hair and scalp. After you are done with your workout, let loose your hair and dry them under the fan and wash them 3 times a week.

6. Drink Water- While working out you lose a lot of water in the form of sweat. To ensure that you do not get dehydrated and to maintain a sufficient level of fluids you need to replenish the lost water. Make sure to drink a lot of water once you are done with the workout.
