1. She is an absolute fan of Pilates

Kriti loves hardly anything more than Pilates. Pilates is a physical fitness method practiced widely by people in USA, Canada and United Kingdom. Pilates develops a strong core, improves coordination and balance of a person. The exercise is modified according to the size, strength and age of the person. Kriti does Pilates for an hour, three-four times a week.

2. She is also a Yoga fan

She is a great fan of Yoga. You might have recently seen her celebrating the International Yoga day with Director Subhash Ghai and co-actor Tiger Shroff at Whistling Woods International on May 21, 2016.

3. Flexing and Pumping in Gym are her routine

Kriti Sanon doesn’t miss flexing and Pumping in Gym any day. She has a personal trainer who ensures Kirti does not miss gym routine anyway.

She says “I had seen a lot of videos of Yasmin Karachiwala and had heard of her from various sources. She trains me in Mumbai. Though I started in January, I am still a beginner. I do a mix of Pilates and weight training. So, I end up doing Pilates for an hour, three-four times a week. It’s a slightly different routine every time I do Pilates.”

4. Reformer to trapeze to wunda chair machines at her home

If you will get a lucky chance to see her gym, you will see there is almost every kind of machine needed for fitness ranging from reformer to trapeze to wunda chair. Every machine has its own kind of routines and exercises that one can perform with, it depends on the target area and the strength of the muscles.

5. The actress loves weight training

Apart from Pilates, Kriti also loves weight training. Kriti says that she loves Pilates because it is a fun way of working out her entire body but without weight training, it is incomplete.
“I do Pilates every alternate day. Pilates increases core strength, balance, increases flexibility and activates every single muscle. Also, it never gets boring or monotonous when you are using springs, pulleys and your body weight. When I was in Budapest, luckily I found a Pilates trainer (Edina) close to where I was staying. She had her own Pilates studio,” she said.

6. Holidays do not mean laziness for her
Kriti, who also appeared recently in ‘Dilwale’ movie alongside Shahrukh Khan, Kajol and Varun Dhawan doesn’t let holidays bring any laziness into her life.
