The preparation time for this recipe is 20 minutes and it takes 25 minutes to make this burger. So in just one hour, you’ll have this sumptuous burger in your hands.

Ingredients:

  • 100 gms Minced Chicken
  • 4 buns
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ½ tbsp. garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup sauce
  • 4 cheese slice
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Coriander

How to Make Chicken Cheese Burger?

  1.  Take one bowl and add the minced chicken to it. Add bread crumbs and mix it well.
  2.  Add the grated garlic, salt, black pepper, onions and coriander to the mixture. And mix them well.
  3.  Make 4 flat patties with the help of the dough prepared above.
  4.  Keep them aside. Take a pan and heat some oil in it. Heat the patties in the pan until they are golden brown.
  5.  Mix some mayonnaise and ketchup to make a sauce.
  6.  Take a bun and slice into half. Heat some butter in a pan and bake the buns on it.
  7.  Keep the cheese slices on each of the slices of the bun. Apply the mayonnaise and ketchup mixture inside the bun.
  8.  Keep the sliced tomatoes and onions on one piece of bun. Place the patties between the buns. Close it with the other piece of bun.
  9. Heat the prepared burger on the pan with some butter.
  10.  Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or cheese dip.
