Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Bread slices
  • Butter
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
  • 12-15 mint leaves
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4th inch ginger piece
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp. of coconut grated
  • 1 green chilli
  • Bell peppers
  • Onions
  • Carrots grated
  • Lettuce (optional)

How to make Chutney Egg Sandwich?

  1.  Boil the eggs and remove the shells. Cut them into halves and keep them aside.
  2.  Add the coriander, mint, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, cumin seeds, coconut grated and green chillies to the grinder and prepare the chutney. Add salt according to your taste.
  3.  Apply the butter on one side of the bread slices and roast them until brown.
  4.  Spread the chutney on each bread slice. Put the sliced eggs on each of bread.
  5.  Sprinkle the veggies on each slice and cover it with another slice.
  6.  Press it using a spatula.
  7.  Serve it with tomato ketchup.
