- Scrub and wash your feet whenever you come back home. This will drain out bacteria that would have gathered on your feet.

- You can also dip your feet in hot water to have a soothing effect on your feet. It is very effective if your feet are tired.
- For cracked heels, you can do a pedicure at home regularly.
How to do a pedicure at home?
Take hot water in a tub. Add a few drops of shampoo and crystal salt to it. Salt works as a cleansing agent. Then dip your feet in the tub for at least 15 mins or you can dip till the water gets cold. Then with a foot scraper, scrape the dead skin off your heels. Also apply scrub to remove dirt and dead skin from your feet. Then wash it with cold water and apply moisturizer or body lotion on your feet.
These remedies are really very effective to make your feet smooth and clean. This will make the dead skin of your feet alive.
