Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas, washed
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- ½ cup cucumber diced
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Sunflower seeds
- Spinach, chopped
How to Make Chickpea Salad?
- Â Wash the soaked chickpea and pressure cook it for 4 whistles.
- Â Strain the water and empty the cooker in a vessel with a large mouth. Add the ingredients and then mix it well. Add lemon juice according to your taste.
- Â Sprinkle some salt and black pepper. You can add Chaat Masala if you want to.
