Ingredients needed for kuttu paneer kofta recipe:
- Kuttu- 1/4th cup
- Paneer- 400 grams
- Potatoes- 5
- Red chili powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Sendha namak- as per requirement
- Oil- 1 cup
- Coriander leaves (chopped)- 1 handful

Now, how to make kuttu paneer kofta:
- First, add some water in a pressure cooker.
- Now, add the potatoes to it and boil.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water.
- Then, peel the potatoes and place them in a separate bowl.
- After that, crumble the paneer and add it to the potato bowl.
- Take a masher and mash the potatoes. (Make sure the paneer and potatoes are mixed properly)
- Now, add garam masala powder, sendha namak, and red chili powder to the bowl.
- Then, add chopped coriander leaves to the bowl.
- Again, mix all the ingredients.
- Add kuttu flour to the paneer-potato mixture and mix well.
- After that, take a small portion of the mixture and make round ball.
- Press it gently in the middle with your palms to make patties.
- Repeat the same for the remaining mixture.
- Now, place a frying pan over medium flame.
- Add some oil to the pan and once it becomes hot add the prepared patties over it.
- Fry till they turn golden brown from both sides.
- Once the patties are cooked, transfer them to a separate plate.
- And your kuttu paneer kofta is ready to be served.
