Ingredients:
- Dates- 1 cup (Chopped)
- Almonds/badam- 2-3 tbsp.
- Raisins/kishmish- 2 tbsp.
- Cashews/kaju- 2-3 tbsp.
- Dry figs/anjeer- 9-10
- Desiccated coconut- 1-2 tbsp.
- Green cardamom- 2 (crushed to a coarse powder)
Procedure:
- Â Dry roast the almonds in a pan until they are toasted. Make sure to roast the almonds evenly while stirring them at regular interval.
- Â Chop the figs and keep aside.
- Â Add the roasted almonds, figs, dates, cashews, raisins, coconut and the cardamom to a grinder and grind them to form a coarse mixture.
- Â Take out the mixture in a bowl or plate. Take a small portion of the dry fruit mixture in your hands and make small balls of it. Do the same with all the mixture.
- Â Serve the dry fruit ladoo immediately or you can also store them in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
