1. Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta

This Bollywood star who is known for his perfection actually ran away from his house to get married to Reena Dutta. Aamir and Reena were neighbours and after turning 21, Aamir proposed Reena to get married. But Reena’s family didn’t approve their relationship because of religious difference. But they both stood by each other and got married and even have two kids Junaid and Ira. But the duo got parted after 16 years.
2. Padmini Kolhapure and Pradeep Sharma

Bollywood star Padmini Kolhapure met Pradeep Sharma when she signed his film Aisa Pyaar Kahan. Soon the duo fell in love but Padmini’s family was against the relationship and in order to be with his love, she escaped from her house and got married to Pradeep on 14 August 1986. The couple is still going strong and also have a son named Priyank.

3. Bindiya Goswami and JP Dutta

This veteran Bollywood star ran away with JP Dutta to get married. She was first married to Vinod Mehra but their story didn’t go well and parted ways. But now she is in a happy marriage with JP Dutta.
4. Shashi Kapoor and Jennifer Kendal

Famous Bollywood actor Shashi Kapoor met his soulmate during theatres. They met a few times and later Shashi fell in love with Jennifer. But Jeniffer’s parents disapproved their relationship and they both ran away to get married. Later in 1984, Jeniffer died because of cancer leaving Shashi broken.

5. Shammi Kapoor and Geeta Bali
