Cheesy Paneer Bread Pizza Recipe

Pizza is not just the favourite of kids, adults are just as crazy for this cheesy saucy pie from Italy. It is one of the most popular takeaway and order at home items. You can also make these easily at home as pre-made pizza base is readily available in the market along with the other ingredients. But if pizza base is not readily available where you live or in case you couldn’t get them you can use bread as the base for your pizza and make bread pizza instead.

The recipe and ingredients for bread pizza are pretty much the same as the regular pizza. But in case you have a doubt here is our easy to follow the recipe for making bread pizza. We have also added an Indian touch by adding paneer to the vegetable mixture. This mini version pizza makes for a perfect kitty party or kid’s birthday party snack. So without wasting any time further, let’s get started with the recipe of cheesy paneer bread pizza.

Ingredients:

White bread slices- 4
Capsicum- ¼ cup (chopped)
Paneer- ½ cup (grated)
Onion- ½ cup (chopped)
Corn kernels (makai ke daane) – ½ cup (boiled)
Tomato- ½ (Chopped)
Black pepper- ¼ tsp. (crushed)
Pizza sauce or tomato ketchup- ½ cup
Cheese- 1 cup (grated)
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Procedure:

1. In a bowl add the chopped tomato, onion, capsicum, paneer, corn kernels, black pepper, and salt. Mix everything really well.

2. Now take a non-stick pan and put it on the flame. Pour some oil into the pan and cook the bread slices lightly on one side.

3. Once all the bread slices are cooked from one side, take them off the pan. Now spread some pizza sauce or tomato ketchup on the cooked side of the bread, followed by the paneer and vegetable mixture.

4. Now on top of the vegetable mixture, put some grated cheese.

5. Place the non-stick pan on the stove. Make sure that the flame is on low. Add some oil to the pan and place all the pizza bread on the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and let the pizza cook thoroughly for 2-4 minutes.

6. Keep checking the pizzas in between as you don’t want them to get burned.
7. Once the cheese is nicely melted, you can take these off the flame.
8. Serve your paneer bread pizza with some ketchup and your favourite cold drink.
