These tasty snacks fall somewhere between the loaded French fries and the potato chips. All we did is, didn’t throw the potato peels and made a delicious snack out of them. How to Roast Potato Peels?

Now enough of jabbering. You’ve reached till here, means you desperately want to know how to turn these pieces of waste into something tasty. Isn’t it?

1. You’ll be needing an oven for preparing this snack. Peel the potatoes and put the peels immediately into the oven as you know that the peels turn pink quickly. Do not use the green peels for this dish.

2. Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line the baking plate with some olive oil or refined oil using a brush or a piece of cloth.

3. Toss the peels on the plate and some seasoning like chilli flakes and oregano on them. Make sure that the peels are thoroughly coated.

4. Roast for around 15 minutes. Flip them once done halfway.

5. Sprinkle some grated cheese on them. Sprinkles salt to taste. Serve them in a platter or you can eat them directly from the plate.

6. Serve them hot with ketchup or some other delicious dip.
