Ingredients For Filling:

  • Finely chopped red, green and yellow bell peppers
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup paneer
  • 1 tsp red chillies
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp Ajwain (celery)

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

How to make Paneer Roll?
1. Firstly take a non-stick pan and add a little oil in it. Let it get heated.
2. When the oil is hot, add ajwain(celery) and bell peppers. Fry them properly.
3. Add red chilli powder or flakes and paneer. Sprinkle some salt and cook the mixture for a while. When the mixture is ready, turn the heat off and put the filling aside.
4. Knead a dough with wheat flour. Make the roti for the roll using the dough. Bake the roti on the pan from the both side.
5. Fill the filling prepared in the bread and roll it slowly to give it the shape.
6. Your Paneer Roll is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with chutney.
