Quick Recipe: How To Prepare Nutrition Rich Egg Pakoras

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 15 MINUTES
SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS:
• 4 Boiled and peeled Eggs
• 1 tablespoon of Dry Mango Powder
• 1 tablespoon of Chili Flakes
• ½ tablespoon of Ginger Paste
• ½ tablespoon of Garlic Paste
• 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper Powder
• 1 tablespoon of Meat Masala
• 1 ½ cup of Gram Flour
• 1 cup of Refined oil
• Salt as per requirement
HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Firstly, take a deep pan and fill half with oil, then put it on high heat.
2. Meanwhile, take the gram flour in a large bowl and add water to make a thick consistency paste.
3. Now add chili flakes, salt and ginger-garlic paste into the gram flour paste, and mix well.
4. Next, add black pepper powder and meat masala to the mixture and beat thoroughly to dissolve the lumps.

5. Now put the eggs in the batter and coat well to cover all the surface.
6. Then, deep fry each coated egg on low flame in the heated oil until golden brown.
7. Now take out on the paper towel to remove the excess oil.

8. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with some chaat masala or dry mango powder and serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup and a cup of hot tea.
