How to Use Yogurt for Hair Growth?
There are many ways in which you can incorporate yogurt into your haircare regime. Here are few:

1. Egg & Yogurt
Take 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Whisk the egg in a clean bowl till you see froth forming. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt in it and mix it with a spoon to form a paste. Divide your hair into two sections and apply the paste to your scalp and hair. Massage it from your scalp to tips. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse it with a mild shampoo.

2. Banana & Yogurt
You will need a ripe banana, yogurt, honey and lemon juice for this home remedy. Mash half a ripe banana in a bowl till it becomes a smooth paste. Add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and whip it to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your scalp and hair. Cover your head with a shower cap and leave it for half an hour. Wash it off with a mild shampoo.

3. Yogurt & Olive Oil
This is the easiest of the remedies. take 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 cup of yogurt. Mix them well in a bowl. You can add a teaspoon of lemon juice. Dilute the paste with some water to get the desired consistency. Damp your hair a bit and apply this paste on your hair. Leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water. To eliminate of oiliness, follow it up with a rinse of lemon water.

4. Yogurt & Honey
Take ½ cup of yogurt and 1 tsp of honey. Mix them in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to it. Apply this paste on your hair. Cover each strand of your hair with the mixture. Let it stay for 30 minutes. Then wash it off with a mild shampoo.

5. Aloe Vera & Yogurt
Extract some fresh aloe vera gel from an aloe vera plant. Mix 3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel with 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix it well to form a smooth paste. Apply this paste on the entire length of your hair. Leave it for half an hour. Wash it off with a mild shampoo.
