Not cuddling after sex may offend your partner- This one is for all the men out there, if you do not cuddle with your partner after having sex then there are very high chances that you may end up offending them and making them feel unwanted. This is one thing that every woman wants and has been demanding it for ages, but now they even have a study to back their demand. According to a study performed by the University of Toronto, cuddling after sex is just as important as the sex itself. Even if there was no study to back it, how bad can cuddling be? So make sure to cuddle with your partner after you are done with the bed breaking action.

2. Arousal is very important for a better sexual experience- Sex may seem like a very messy act only if you are not aroused properly. It is proven that sexual arousal overshadows the way your body responds to something disgusting. So as long as you’re aroused you won’t get disgusted by this messy act.

3. Cholesterol level may affect your sex life- If you are dealing with a crisis when it comes to your sex life you may want to get your cholesterol level checked very soon. It may sound very unrealistic and hard to believe but high cholesterol may lead to erectile dysfunction. In fact, according to a study done at Rutgers University’s Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, people who have lower cholesterol level or are taking medications for lowering their cholesterol level are more likely to have a better sex life as compared to those who have a higher cholesterol level. So if you want to have a better sex life you better keep a check on your cholesterol level.

4. It’s not your fault if you are a little too much into sex- Yes honey, you can relax. You were born this way. But we are talking about people who are a little more into this act as compared to the normal people and not about people who have extremely high sexual desires or even nymphomaniacs for that matter. According to a study performed by the University of California, “an individual’s brain wiring may influence the number of sexual partners he or she has”. The researchers did a brain scan of people while they were looking at some sexually suggestive images. When the volunteers were asked about their past year’s sexual behaviour, the people whose brain were more active while viewing the images were the ones who had more sexual partners.

5. It burns calories- You may have heard about this one but people usually don’t believe it to be true. But now we have a study to back this information. According to a study done by researchers at the university of Quebec, getting involved in bed breaking activity for 1 hour can burn just as many calories as 30 minutes of a jog. The study reveals that on an average, men can burn 4.2 calories/minute and on the other hand women can burn 3.1 calories/minute. So if you are not a fan of workouts you know what else to do in order to burn some calories.
