Ingredients needed for stir fry noodle salad recipe:
Kaffir lime leaves- 8
Seasame oil- 4 tablespoons
Red peppers- 2 (finely sliced)
Ginger- Large knob (finely chopped)
Soy sauce- 6 tablespoons
Garlic cloves- 2 (finely chopped)
Tofu- 15 cubes
Egg noodle- 4 tablespoons
Carrots- 2 (sliced)
Spring onion- a bunch (finely chopped)
Bean sprouts- 2 handful
Coriander leaves- 1 buch (chopped)
Lemon grass- 2 sticks
Rice wine vinegar- 1/2 cup
Caster sugar- 2 tablespoons
Red chilli- 1 small piece

Now, how to prepare stir fry noodle salad:
First, take a small saucepan and add lemograss, rice wine vinger, caster sugar and red chilli to it.
Turn on the flame and place the saucepan on it.
Now, boil the mixture for 1 minute.
Then, turn off the flame and keep the saucepan aside.
In the meantime cook the noodles as per the instructions on the package.
After that toss the noodles with sesame oil.
Don’t forget to toss the noodles occasionally to avoid sticking.
Now, take another pan and stir fry ginger, garlic, peppers, bean sprouts, tofu and carrots for 1 minute.
Then, keep the stir fried ingredients aside.
Take a bowl and add noodles to it.
Add the stir fried veggies to it with the shred of remaining mile leaves and coriander.
Toss all the ingredients nicely.
Taste the noodles and add splash of soy, sesame oil and vinegar if required.
And your stir fry noodle salad is ready.
