Ingredients needed for the panjiri recipe:
Wholemeal flour- 2 cups
Cashews- 1 cup
Almonds- 1 cup
Raisins- 1 cup
Sugar (powdered)- 1 cup
Ghee- 150 ml

Now, how to make panjiri:
First, take a small pan and heat it on low flame.
Now, roast almonds and cashews for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then, transfer them to a separate bowl.
After that take a separate kadhai and heat it over a low flame.
Add wholemeal flour to it and dry roast till it turns light brown in color.
Now, add ghee to the flour and roast till the ghee is absorbed properly.
Then, add the roasted almonds and cashews to the flour and stir until the mixture is completely roasted.
After that turn off the flame and add raisins with powdered sugar to the mixture.
Again mix all the ingredients nicely.
Transfer the prepared panjiri to a separate bowl and let it cool down.
And your panjiri is ready.
