- Pineapple (chopped)- 1 large
- Lemon juice- 2 tablespoons
- Caster sugar- 500 grams
- Cinnamon- 1
- Vanilla pod- 1 piece
- Water- 500 ml
Now, how to make pineapple sorbet:
- First, grind the pineapple pieces and form a puree.
- In the meantime, heat water in a pan.
- Now, add caster sugar, vanilla pod, lemon juice, and cinnamon to the pan.
- Mix all the ingredients properly and boil the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
- Then, remove the pan from the flame.
- After that, add the lime juice and pineapple puree to the pan.
- Again, stir the mixture.
- Strain the mixture and transfer it to a container (freezer-safe)
- Now, place the container in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Remove it and break the ice with a fork till becomes smooth.
- Repeat the same process twice and again place the container till becomes firm.
