Ingredients needed for sabudana bhel recipe:
- Sabudana (sago)- 1 cup
- Green chilies- 2
- Red chili powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Potatoes- 2
- Oil- as per requirement
- Chaat masala- 1 teaspoon
- Sendha namak- as per requirement
- Coriander leaves (chopped)- 2 teaspoons
Now, how to make sabudana bhel:
- First, wash sabudana in the running water.
- Now, chop green chilies finely and potatoes into cubes.
- Heat some oil in the pan over medium flame.
- Then, add potatoes and green chilies to the pan and dry.
- Once done, drain the excess fat by using an absorbent paper.
- After that, heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
- Now, add sabudana to the pan and saute until they turn soft.
- Once the sabudana is cooked, add fried potatoes and green chilies to the pan.
- Then, add chaat masala powder, red chili powder, and sendha namak to it.
- Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Turn off the flame once cooked and transfer it to a separate bowl.
- After that, garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
