Ingredients needed to make Aloo Pudina Puri:
• All-purpose flour- 4 cups
• Potato- 8 medium (boiled and smashed)
• Mint leaves (chopped)- 6 tablespoons
• Turmeric- 1 teaspoon
• Red chilli powder- as per requirement
• Salt- according to taste
• Refined oil- 2 cups
• Green Chillies- 2 (chopped)
Now, how to make Aloo Pudina Puri:
• First, take a bowl and mix smashed potatoes, green chillies, mint leaves, turmeric and chilli powder.
• Now, take another bowl and mix all purpose flour with salt.
• Then, blend it with water to form a dough.
• After that cover it with a lid and keep it aside for half an hour.
• Make small balls of the dough and dust the rolling board.
• In the meantime take a shallow pan and heat the oil on medium flame.
• Now, roll the small balls into small discs.
• Then, stuff the potato mix in it and roll it again into balls.
• After that roll the stuffed balls into the round discs.
• Turn the flame low and place the round discs in the hot oil and fry.
• Then, place the fried puri on the plate.
• Continue the small with all the discs.
• Your Aloo Pudina Puri is ready to be served.
