How can we forget eating Samosa and Kachauri during monsoons? 6. Fruit Juice
Although we should drink at least 2 glasses of fresh fruit juice every day. But the rainy days are not counted in. In monsoons, the fruits go stale very soon. But these vendors make the juice anyhow and serve them to us. These juice can hamper your immune system instead of boosting it up. Similarly, never eat the fruits which have been cut quite a long time ago.

It breaks our heart to include this food in the list. But we have no choice because the truth has to be spoken. The water used for preparing the flavoured water is really very contaminated. And this contamination level reaches new heights during the monsoons. It can cause vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach infection, typhoid, food poisoning, etc.
