Ingredients needed for berry kanji recipe:
- Raspberry- 50 grams
- Asafoetida- 2 grams
- Carom seeds- 2 grams
- Black salt- 5 grams
- Salt- 5 grams
- Chaat masala- 2 grams
- Cloves- 5
- Green cardamom- 6 grams
- Refined oil- 5 ml
- Mint- 2 springs
- Lemon- 1 wedge
- Water- as per requirement
- Ghee- 2 grams
- Ice cubes- as required
Now, how to make berry kanji:
- First, blend raspberries coarsely.
- Now, add the blended raspberries in a bowl.
- Then, add salt, chaat masala, and black salt to the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients properly.
- After that, dilute the mixture with some water.
- In the meantime, heat some oil in a pan and add asafoetida to it.
- Now, add carom seeds to the pan.
- Then, add the carom seeds mixture to the berry mix.
- Heat some charcoal over a medium flame in a small bowl.
