Ingredients needed to make Bhindi Palak Bhurji:
• Bhindi- 200 grams (cleaned and chopped in ring shape)
• Palak- 400 grams
• Salt- for taste
• Oil- 4 tablespoons
• Onion- 1 cup (chopped)
• Tomato- 1 cup (chopped)
• Green chilli- 1 teaspoon (chopped)
• Garlic-1 tablespoon (chopped)
• Kasori methi- 1 tablespoons
• Jeera seed- 1 teaspoon
• Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
• Jeera powder- 2 teaspoon
• Dry red chilli- 2 pcs (fried)
• Cooking cream- 4 tablespoons
• Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon

Now, how to make Bhindi Palak Bhurji:
• First, fry the bhindi and then keep it aside.
• Now, boil the palak till it’s cooked.
• Then, blend it and form a puree.
• After that take a pan and heat the oil.
• Add jeera, garlic, chilli and onion.
• Saute them till they turn golden brown in colour.
• Now, add tomatoes and allow it to cook.
• After few minutes add jeera powder, salt, turmeric powder and kasoori methi.
• Then, add palak puree to the pan and cook it well.
• Then, add fried bhindi to the pan.
• Stir it for 2 minutes.
• And, finally, add cream on top of the dish.
• Garnish it a fried dry red chilli.
• Your Bhindi Palak Bhurji is ready to be served.
