Ingredients needed for making Cornflakes Chaat:
• Cornflakes- 2 cups
• Yoghurt- 2 cups
• Cucumber- 1 (chopped)
• Potato- 1 (chopped)
• Tomato- 1 (chopped)
• Kala Chana (boiled)- 1/2 cup
• Chola masala- 2 teaspoons
• Black salt- 3/4th teaspoon
• Cumin powder- 1 teaspoon
• Salt- pinch
• Tamarind sauce- 3 tablespoons
• Coriander chutney- 3 tablespoons
• Pomegranate seeds- 1/4th cup
• Coriander leaves- 1 handful (chopped)
• Sev- 1/2 cup
Now, how to make Cornflakes Chaat:
• First, take a deep bowl and put thick curd in it.
• Now, add salt, black salt, mixed masala and cumin powder and mix it well with yoghurt and from creamy texture.
• Then, take another bowl and add cucumber, potato, chana and tomato with the 1/2 yoghurt mixture.And blend them well.
• After that take a serving tray and spread the mixture of veggies evenly on the tray.
• Now, sprinkle the cornflakes evenly on the veggies mixture.
• Then, pour the remaining yoghurt mixture on the cornflakes with coriander chutney and tamarind chutney.
• And at last, garnish the Cornflakes Chaat with pomegranate seeds, sev and coriander leaves.
• Your Cornflakes Chaat is ready to be served.
