Ingredients:
- 1 cup Besan
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 onion
- 2 green chillies
- 2 tsp coriander leaves
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp. grated carrots
- 1 tomato
- Sal to taste
- Refined oil
How to Make Besan Ka Cheela?
1. Chop the onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
2. Take one bowl and add some Besan, chopped onion, turmeric powder, tomatoes, salt, grated carrots, baking soda and add some water.
3. make sure that the batter is neither too flowy nor too thick.
4. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Add a 1-2 ladle full of batter to the pan and spread using the ladle. Bake the Cheela from the both sides. Serve it hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
