How to Make Egg Paratha for Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup wheat flour
  • Warm water
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1/4th tsp of pepper powder
  • 1/8th tsp turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp. chopped capsicum (optional)

How to Make Egg Paratha?

  1.  Knead some dough using the wheat flour and warm water. Add a few drops of oil to the dough while kneading. Knead a soft dough. Cover it and keep it aside.
  2.  Sprinkle some flour on the counter and roll the paratha of moderate size.
  3.  Heat a tawa on the gas. Cook the paratha till it is light brown.
  4.  Chop the veggies finely and transfer them in a bowl. Add the egg on top of it. Beat it to prepare a frothy liquid.
  5.  Add salt and black pepper to the mixture. Add the chopped coriander leaves.
  6.  Add this frothy liquid on the tawa. Let it cook just like you cook the omelette.
  7.  Place the paratha on the egg. Flip the paratha and cook the both sides.
  8.  Serve the paratha hot with a chutney and salad.
