Ingredients needed for Kaddu Ki Sabzi:
• Pumpkin (kaddu)- 250 grams (cut into cubes)
• Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
• Garam masala- 1 teaspoon
• Red chili powder- 1 teaspoon
• Salt- for taste
• Dhaniya powder- 2 teaspoons
• Jeera- 1 teaspoon
• Sugar- 2 teaspoons
• Amchur powder- 1 teaspoon
• Hing-a pinch
• Oil- 3 tablespoons
• Methi seeds- 3 teaspoons
• Green chilies- 1/2 tablespoon (chopped)
• Ginger- 1 teaspoon (grated)
• Coriander leaves- 1 tablespoon (chopped)

Now, how to make Kaddu Ki Sabzi.
• First, take a pan and preheat some oil.
• Now, add jeera and hing.
• Then, add methi seeds and sauté.
• Once the seeds start to crackle add kaddu pieces and ginger into the pan.
• Stir them well and let it cook for 2 minutes.
• Now, add salt and mix and cover it with the lid.
• Then, let it cook for another 2 minutes on medium flame.
• After that, remove the lid and add turmeric, dhaniya powder, chili powder, garam masala and sugar.
• Mix all the ingredients well and cover it with lid again.
• Now, let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
• Then, remove the lid and add amchur to kaddu ki sabzi.
• And add coriander leaves and green chilies.
• Then, turn off the flame.
• Your Kaddu Ki Sabzi is ready to be served.
