Ingredients
- 10-15 Palak leaves
- 1 cup Besan
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for filling
- 2-3 boiled potatoes
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4th teaspoon Dry mango powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
How to make Palak Rolls?
- Â Wash the Palak leaves and dry them completely.
- Â Make a batter using Besan. Add salt, cumin seeds and water to make a thick batter. Keep a lid on it and put it aside for 10 minutes.
- Â Take the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them. add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, salt and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix it well.
- Â Take one Palak leaf and keep the mixture between it. Roll it carefully. Dip it in the batter prepared above.
- Â Fry these rolls in oil until they are golden brown.
- Â Serve it hot with Mint chutney.
