How to Make Spicy Bhindi Fry

This recipe is easy and quick, and the results will leave your mouth watering.

Ingredients

  • 10-15 lady fingers
  • ½ cup onions chopped
  • ½ cup capsicum chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • ½ tsp corn flour
  • 1/4th tsp rice flour
  • 1/4th tsp coriander powder
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt as per taste

Procedure

  1.  Take one lady finger and cut it vertically to divide it into 4 equal parts. Do this for the rest of lady fingers as well.
  2.  Take the pieces in a bowl and add Garam masala, corn flour, rice flour, coriander powder, chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves chopped, chopped onions and capsicums. Add some salt. Mix the pieces well in the spices.
  3.  Don’t add water to the lady fingers.
  4.  Heat some oil in a pan and add the ladyfingers wrapped in spices to it.
  5.  Fry the ladyfingers until they are crisp and golden brown
  6.  Serve it hot with chutney.
