There are sure endless ways to cook we Indian’s favorite Italian dish – Pasta, but what our kids love the most in pasta recipes varies from ranging vegetables too. Kids usually love both paneer and pasta, so we combined both their favorite ingredients to make a delicious plus healthy dish, to make a super feast for them.
So, this dish is especially for Moms who want to feed good and healthy dish to their picky eaters. Try to keep it a little less spicy, for all kids don’t like spicy food or too much masala in their dishes. And to make it look more interesting, use tricolored Fusilli pasta to attract your kid’s attention and taste buds. Or you can use any preferred type for your kid’s satisfaction.

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 15-20 MINUTES
SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 ¼ cup of cooked/boiled Pasta
• ½ cup of grated and cubed Paneer
• 1 medium sized, finely chopped Onion
• 1 small sized, finely chopped Tomato
• 1 small sized, finely chopped Carrot
• ½ teaspoon of finely chopped Ginger
• ½ teaspoon of finely chopped Garlic
• 1 teaspoon of Tomato Ketchup
• ½ – 1 teaspoon of Chili Powder
• ½ – ¼ teaspoon of Garam Masala Powder
• Salt as per the requirement
• 1 tablespoon of finely chopped Fresh Cilantro
• 2 tablespoon of Oil
• 1 teaspoon of Butter
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Take a deep-frying pan and put it on medium flame.
2. Now add butter and oil to it and let it heat or melt completely.
3. Then add garlic and ginger into the heated oil and stir well.
4. Now add onions and fry until golden brown.
5. Next, add tomato and tomato ketchup into the sautéed onions, and cook until the ingredients become mushy.
6. Now add carrot, chili powder and salt as per the taste, and stir well.
7. Then, add paneer and stir fry again for a few seconds.
8. Next, add 1-2 of water (to make a little gravy of the dry mixture) into it. Bring it to a boil.
9. Now, add cooked pasta and mix well to stick the gravy all over the pasta.

10. Lastly, simmer the flame and sprinkle garam masala powder and mix well again.
11. Garnish the pasta with fresh Cilantro and serve smoking hot.
