Ingredients

  • 100 gm Khoya
  • 100 gm Fresh Paneer
  • 50 gm Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4th tbsp. cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp. chopped dry fruits (cashew nuts, almonds, pistachio)

How to Make Khoya Laddu?

  1.  Grate the paneer using a cheese grater.
  2.  Then roast the Khoya on low flame for few minutes. Then mash the grated paneer in the roasted Khoya thoroughly.
  3.  Add the powdered sugar in the mixture and add the chopped dry fruits. Make small laddus with the mixture.
  4.  Your delicious Khoya Laddu is ready to be offered to Lord Krishna. Distribute the Khoya Laddu among the family members as a Prasad.
