Ingredients needed for pasta and bean salad recipe:
Salt- 1 1/2 teaspoon
Pasta conchiglie- 225 grams
Olive oil- 3 1/2 tablespoons
Kidney beans (Rajma)- 200 grams (boiled)
Onion (chopped)- 2 tablespoons
Parsley- 2 tablespoons
Lime zest- 1 1/2 teaspoons
Apple cider vinegar- 2 tablespoons
Dijon mustard- 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder- as required
Cherry tomatoes (halved)- 8
Stalk celery- 1

Now, how to prepare pasta and bean salad:
First, take a deep bottomed pan and water and salt to it.
Bring the water to a boil, and add pasta to it.
Cook it for 8 minutes till it turns tender.
Once cooked, drain the water and transfer the pasta to a large bowl.
Now, add a tablespoon of olive oil to the boiled pasta.
Mix the pasta lightly.
Then, add kidney beans and lemon zest to the pasta and stir.
Keep it aside to cool.
Take a separate bowl to prepare the dressing for the salad.
Now, add dijon mustard, pepper, apple cider vinegar and salt to it.
Mix all the ingredients nicely.
After that add the remaining oil to the dressing mixture.
And, again stir the mixture.
Now, pour the dressing mixture over the cooked pasta.
Then, add onion, tomatoes, celery, and parsley to the pasta.
Mix all the ingredients nicely.
Your pasta and bean salad is ready to be served.
