Ingredients needed for methi paneer recipe:
• Paneer- 200 grams (washed, cut in cubes)
• Fenugreek leaves (Methi) – 500 grams (washed, chopped)
• Tomato- 2 grated
• Ginger- 1 piece sliced
• Cumin seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
• Salt- as per requirement
• Red chilli powder- 1/2 teaspoon
• Turmeric- 1 teaspoon
• Garam masala- 1/2 teaspoon
• Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
• Oil- 3 tablespoons

Now, how to make paneer methi:
• First, take a kadai and put on medium flame.
• Now, add some oil and heat it.
• Then, add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
• After that, add ginger.
• Cook for few seconds and then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
• Saute all the ingredients in the kadai for 30 seconds.
• Now, add the paneer cubes and mix it well.
• Then, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
• Add the chopped methi to the kadai and mix it well.
• Then, put on the lid and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
• Keep the flame on medium.
• After that, remove the lid and add grated tomatoes with coriander powder, garam masala.
• Stir them well and cook for another 5 minutes.
• After that, turn off the flame and transfer the paneer to another bowl.
• Your methi paneer is ready to be served.
