Ingredients needed for making Aloo Manchurian:
• Boiled potatoes- 10 (chopped)
• Green Chilli- 1 teaspoon (sliced)
• Ginger- 1 teaspoon (sliced)
• Garlic- 1 teaspoon (sliced)
• Spring Onion-1 (chopped)
• Ajinomoto- 1/4 teaspoon
• Corn flour- 1 tablespoon
• Sugar- 1 teaspoon
• Soy Sauce- 4 teaspoons
• Oil- 1 cup
• Water- 2 cups
• Chilli garlic paste- 2 teaspoons

Now, how to make Aloo Manchurian:
• First, take a pan and heat oil in it.
• When the oil is hot, add potatoes in it and fry them till they get golden brown.
• After that, take another pan and add a teaspoon of oil to it.
• Now, add garlic, ginger and green chilli to the pan and let them fry.
• After two minutes, add Ajinomoto, spring onions to the pan and sauté them.
• Now blend cornflour with water and form a nice thick paste.
• Add this cornflour mixture with soy sauce, chilli garlic paste and sugar in the pan and form a thick gravy (you can also add some water if needed).
• And now you can add the fried potatoes to the gravy and stir it for a minute.
• Your yummy Aloo Manchurian is ready to be served.
