Quick Recipe: How To Make Chicken Pizza At Home

It’s a treat you would love to make for yourself and your kids as well. I mean who has ever refused to have a pizza party, be it noon or midnight! There are a million toppings for a pizza, but for the chicken lovers, nothing could be better than pizza and chicken in the same dish.

Chicken pizza is not a difficult dish to make but it takes a little time and efforts to enjoy the delicious cuisine for its best taste and exotic flavors, at home! This easy-to-cook recipe is great for the pizza lovers who love to have their taste buds treated every once in a while, without compromising their hygiene and health.

PREPARATION TIME: 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 40 MINUTES
SERVES: 1 LARGE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups of lukewarm Milk
• 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes
• 1 teaspoon of Sugar
• 2 tablespoons of Yeast
• 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
• 1 teaspoon of Salt
• ¼ cup of Olive Oil
• 1 cup of chopped Bell Peppers
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tablespoon of Pizza Sauce
• Mozzarella as per the requirement
• Pepper Jack Cheese as per the requirement
• 6 cups of Flour

 
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Take a large bowl and pour yeast, salt, milk and sugar in it. Let it sit for the next 10 minutes and rise.
2. Now add flour and olive oil to the mixture. Then, knead it to make a soft dough. Set aside.
3. Next, take a pan and put it on medium heat. Then pour olive oil to it and let it heat.
4. Now add the chicken cubes, salt and pepper into the pan and stir well. keep the chicken cutting thru with the help of a spatula while cooking it.
5. Then, take the dough you kept aside earlier and pour a little amount of olive oil into it. Mix it well to make a smooth and polished dough. Now cover it with an aluminum foil and set aside for the next 2 hours.
6. Next, preheat the oven to 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
7. After the dough has risen well enough, divide it into 3 equal pieces.
8. Now sprinkle the cooking top with some flour and start rolling one of the three dough balls into a flat disc shape, one at a time, keeping it not too thin.
9. Then, transfer the flattened dough on a pizza tray, and stretch it further with your fingers to cover the tray.
10. Now, with the help of a fork, make spots on the pizza base to make it crispier.
11. Then, spread the pizza sauce all over the pizza base evenly, and then sprinkle some grated mozzarella on it.
12. Next, put the cooked chicken pieces on the base evenly, and then sprinkle pepper jack cheese on top of it.
13. Now, add chopped bell peppers and any other preferable veggies like onions, black olives or mushrooms to enrich the taste. Again, top it with a lot of cheese.
14. Then, brush the sides of the base with olive oil and you can even pour a lit bit on top of it.
15. Now, put the pizza tray into the preheated oven and bake it at 450 degrees for the next 10 minutes.
16. Take the pizza out of the oven and slice it into 4-8 pieces, or as per your requirement, with a pizza cutter and sprinkle some oregano powder and paprika chili flakes to top the taste.
