Ingredients needed for apple jam recipe:
- Apples- 2
- Water- 1/2 cup
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Lemon- 1/2
Now, how to make apple jam:
- First, wash the apples under running water.
- Now, peel the skin of apples and chop into small cubes.
- Then, take a pan and heat it.
- Once it’s hot enough add the chopped apples to it.
- After that, add some water to it.
- Let it cook for 5 to 20 minutes.
- Now, smash them afterward.
- Then, add sugar to it and blend well.
- Cook it for a while. And check the texture of the jam by placing some mixture on a plate and check whether it is slipping or not.
- If it does not slip, then add lemon juice to the jam.
- Again, mix all the ingredients and turn off the stove.
- Now, keep it aside and let it cool.
- After that, store it in a jar and serve chilled.
- And your apple jam is ready to be served.
