Ingredients needed for malida recipe:
• Wheat flour- 750 grams
• Jaggery- 750 grams
• Ghee- 1/4th cup
• Sesame seeds- 3 tablespoon
• Water- as per requirement

Now, how to make malida:
• First, take a large bowl and add wheat flour to it.
• Now, add water to it and knead it into a tender dough.
• Then, take a tawa and heat it at medium flame.
• In the meantime take some dough and make a roti.
• After that place it on the tawa.
• Now, prepare rotis with the remaining dough.
• Then, cook all the rotis.
• After that take a large bowl.
• Then, break all the rotis into small pieces.
• After that add some ghee to the roti pieces.
• And mix them well.
• Now, add the crushed jaggery pieces to the bowl.
• Then, add the sesame seeds and blend all the ingredients nicely.
• Transfer it to separate bowls.
• And malida is ready to be served.
