INGREDIENTS:
• ¼ cup of chopped Onions
• ½ cup of chopped Bell Peppers
• 4 minced Garlic cloves
• ½ cup of uncooked Rice
• 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
• ¼ cup of Lemon Juice
• 1 Boneless Chicken Breast, cut into strips
• 2 tablespoons of chopped Ginger
• 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
• 1 tablespoon of Honey
• ½ cup of Chicken Broth
• 1 tablespoon of finely chopped Fresh Coriander leaves
• Salt as per the requirement

HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Take a large bowl and put ginger, garlic, lemon juice, chicken pieces, salt, oil and onions into it. Mix everything well and set aside for an hour to marinate.
2. Now take a heavy and deep bottomed cooker, put it on medium-high flame.
3. Then, put the rice into the cooker and cook them until they a bit soft.
4. Now add the marinated chicken along with all the ingredients, and also add bell peppers, soy sauce and chicken broth.
5. Stir all the ingredients and cover the lid for 8-9 minutes. Let it cook well.
6. Now check if the rice and the chicken are both cooked.
7. Then add fresh coriander leaves and honey into it, and mix well gently.
8. Serve hot alongside vegetable raita and green chutney.
