Ingredients needed for rum truffle recipe:
• White Chocolate- 50 grams
• Dark Chocolate- 100 grams
• Whipping cream- 125 grams
• Cocoa powder- 3 tablespoons
• Black rum- 2 tablespoons
• Butter- 1 tablespoon

Now, how to make rum truffle at home:
• Take a small pan and heat it over a low flame.
• Now, add whipping cream to it and simmer.
• And remember that you don’t need to boil the cream.
• Then, take another bowl and add dark chocolates and milk to the bowl.
• After that pour the cream that you prepared earlier.
• Stir the mixture until the chocolates melt completely and become smooth.
• Now, add rum and butter to the mixture.
• Then, again mix all the ingredients.
• After that cover the bowl with cling film and place it in the fridge.
• Keep it for 8 hours till it gets firm.
• Once the chocolate mixture turns firm, remove it from the fridge.
• After that dab your hands with some cocoa powder and then roll the chocolate mixture into small balls.
• Place the balls on the tray and then again refrigerate it for 30 to 45 minutes.
• Your rum truffle is ready to be served.
