Every city has its own specialty, for Mumbai it is the sev puri and the bhel puri and for Delhi, it is more about bhalla papdi and dahi papdi. But the one thing which is common with these quick snacks is that they are loved by all and can make anyone drool just by the mere name of it.

Today we are going to share with you a quick and easy recipe of the famous dahi papdi that you can prepare in just a few minutes. Whether you have uninvited guests or mid evening hunger pangs, this dahi papdi is the perfect recipe for you.
Ingredients:
- Papdi- 24 (store bought or homemade)
- Potato- 2 (boiled and cubed)
- Yogurt- 1 ½ cup
- Sprouted green moong- ½ cup (boiled)
- Cumin powder- 1 tsp.
- Chat masala- ½ tsp.
- Coriander chutney- ¼ cup
- Onion- ½ cup (finely chopped)
- Sweet chutney- ¼ cup
- Fresh coriander leaves-2 tbsp. chopped
- Sev- as required
- Salt to taste
- Pomegranate seeds- 2 tbsp.
- Red chili powder- 1 tsp.

1. Firstly, whisk the yogurt, add salt to it and put it in the refrigerator.
2. Now in a big plate, layer the papdis. Now on the layer of papdi, add a layer of cubed potatoes followed by sprouted moong, green chutney and the sweet chutney.

3. Now sprinkle some cumin powder, red chili powder, chat masala and salt.
4. Now take out the chilled yogurt from the refrigerator and pour it over the papdis.
5. At the end scatter some onion, sev, fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds to garnish.
6. Your sweet and savoury dahi papdi is ready to eat.
